What Signyl collects
Signyl collects three categories of data: account information (the email address you provide and the company you identify), the data you choose to connect from third-party platforms (the agent reads what you authorize and nothing more), and product usage data (the agent records the decisions you approve and the work the agent performed so the next recommendation is informed by what worked).
What Signyl does not collect
Signyl does not sell your data to third parties, train shared foundation models on your private data, or share your brand context across accounts. The data you add to the agent's working memory is scoped to your account and your account alone.
How long we keep it
Account information is retained for the life of the account plus 30 days after cancellation. Connected platform data is retained according to the terms of each platform connection and is purged on disconnection. Product usage data is retained in aggregate for the life of the account.
Your rights
You can export every file, page, memo, and view the agent has produced for you on demand, request a copy of your account data, or ask Signyl to delete your account. Reach out at the contact page; we respond within five business days.
