The agent works on legitimate marketing
Signyl is a marketing platform for teams running real businesses. The agent will run paid, organic, answer engines, and conversion work for any business that operates legally in its jurisdiction.
Hard limits
Signyl will refuse to operate channels for content categories our policy forbids: weapons sales to consumers, knowing misinformation campaigns, harassment of identified individuals, deceptive practices designed to mislead consumers, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour across platforms. The agent will surface a refusal with the policy reason; you can escalate through the contact page if you believe the policy was misapplied.
Platform terms
The agent operates inside the consoles you authorize. Each underlying platform has its own terms of service. The agent stays within those terms; you remain responsible for any work that touches a platform under your account.
Other customers
You will not attempt to extract data, prompts, or workflows belonging to other customers on Signyl, attempt to identify another customer from anonymized product usage data, or use Signyl to investigate a competitor's use of Signyl.

If you observe abuse of Signyl, report it through the contact page. We respond within two business days.
